Telephone Interview With

I just got off the phone with a
student of mine. She has been doing so amazingly well with my real
estate investing program, that I asked her to allow me to record a short
interview with her.
Her name is Nina Lantz. She and her son made $25,000 this week putting together real estate deals... and they're having a blast.
They are putting together an average of one deal per DAY. This is only 6
weeks or so after they came to my Full Day Seminar in July.
My idea was to talk to her for 5 or 10 minutes and just get a feel for
what she was doing, but she started talking about how she got here and I
was fascinated. I think you will be too.
This audio interview is about 50 minutes long and it is full of details
about the deals she is doing, the money she is making and how she is
doing those deals. She also talks about how this has changed her life,
what her background is, some major, major problems she has had to
overcome in her life, the fact that she was once a Marine and just an
overall outlook on life that I respect deeply.
Her words touched something in me and now I'd like to share them with
you.

now owns over 100 houses worth over $10 million dollars, has $20,000 a
month positive cash flow (just from the lease options) and has well over
a million dollars in equity. All this, 18 months after getting involved
